Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. Included in every web order will be a pre-paid return label. All items marked as SALE are final. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Gift cards purchased in-store may only be redeemed at one of our brick and mortar locations.

REPAIRS

We stand behind our products, so if something goes wrong, we will repair it for you. Using the pre-paid return label provided in your package, please ship the item(s) to the address below and expect your jewelry to be returned in 6-8 weeks. To avoid any hiccups, make sure to provide us with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry. You can email the tracking number to info@danatyler.com

EXCHANGE

Exchange new, never worn jewelry for something else you love if receipt is no longer in your posession. Complimentary repairs are available for defective or damaged jewelry.

REFUND

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, new, never worn jewelry may be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Lafonn jewelry may be returned for a full refund only if tag has not been removed. If tag was previously removed, you will be eligable for an exchange or store credit to be used within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed 3-5 business days after merchandise is received. Please include a copy of your receipt in the return package.

LAFONN: All Lafonn jewelry purchases come with a Lifetime Warranty Card. Please refer to this regarding any damaged or defective Lafonn jewelry. DanaTyler only accepts Returns for unworn Lafonn. Please email info@danatyler.com so we can provide you with a return label within 2 business days.
