What is your return policy?

At Danatyler, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for unworn and unused items for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following:

  • Be in new condition (unworn and unused)
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Have the hangtag intact

If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and the item(s) will be sent back and no credit will be issued

Are any purchases final sale?

All items marked SALE, CLEARANCE, or FINAL SALE are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.

How can I make an online return or exchange?

OPTION ONE: CONTACT US DIRECTLY

1. Email us at hello@danatyler.com with your order details
2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility
3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email
4. Send your item back following the provided steps
5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit

OPTION 2: START THROUGH YOUR SHOPIFY ACCOUNT

1. Submit your return through your account
2. Our team will follow up to review your request
3. We’ll review the item for eligibility
4. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email
5. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit

How can I make an in-store return or exchange?

Returns
• Full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be new, unworn, and with original tags attached
• Receipt required

Exchanges & Store Credit
• Tags removed? → Exchange or store credit
• No receipt? → Exchange for a new, unworn item

Who will cover the shipping cost?

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We will cover return shipping if the item has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or is not as ordered. In these cases, please email hello@danatyler.com before shipping the item so we can provide a prepaid return label.

Are any purchases final sale?

Holiday items, swimwear & undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
