Exchanges & Store Credit
• Tags removed? → Exchange or store credit
• No receipt? → Exchange for a new, unworn item

Final Sale (No Exceptions)

These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Within 30 days of purchase
• New, unworn, and in original condition
• With original tags attached

How to Start a Return

2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility
3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email
4. Send your item back following the provided steps
5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit

Option 2: Start Through Your Shopify Account

Already submitted a return request? We’ll take it from here.
1. Submit your return through your account
2. Our team will follow up to review your request
3. We’ll review the item for eligibility
4. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email
5. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit

In-Store Returns

Prefer to stop by? We’d love to see you
• Bring your item and receipt within 30 days
• Items must be new, unworn, and with tags attached
• Our team will assist you with a refund, exchange, or store credit

  • Cash/check purchases over $200 → refunded by corporate check
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Gift Cards
• Purchased in-store - redeem in-store
• Purchased online - redeem online
