SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping: Is free within the United States. We do not currently ship outside the United States. We offer Priority USPS Shipping (3-5 Days*) at a cost of $7.50. Estimated Shipping delays may occur. Packages are sent the following business day after purchase. Due to carrier delays or unforeseen events, DanaTyler does not guarantee package arrival dates. Packages that have been tracked as delivered by the carrier are no longer the responsibility of DanaTyler, LLC. 

REPAIRS

We stand behind our products, so if something goes wrong, we will repair it for you. Please ship the item to the following address and expect your item to be returned in 6-8 weeks. It's recommended that any shipped jewelry needs a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry.

RETURN POLICY

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. Included in every web order will be a Return Label. Any items purchased online that you are not 100% satisfied with may be returned within 30 days, with original receipt. You may receive a credit or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed 3-5 business days after receipt of the merchandise. In your return package please include a copy of your receipt.

LAFONN:

The above Shipping & Repair Policies do not apply to any Lafonn products purchased. There will be a Limited Lifetime Warranty Card with every Lafonn order. Please refer to this regarding any damaged or defective Lafonn. DanaTyler only accepts Returns for unworn Lafonn. For your return label, please email [email protected] and we will have it to you within 2 business days.
